8) Manufacturers GPS Data and Software. GPS Golf Australia does not support nor warrant any Manufacturers Software or proprietary GPS Data (Bushnell, iGolf, Sonocaddie, Callaway, SkyCaddie, Sureshot).

The warranty set forth above shall not apply to any defect or problems caused by any defect in any hardware or software used in combination with the Software, or use of the Software in execution environments not specified in the Documentation.

GPS Golf Australia does not warrant that the functions contained in the Manufacturers software will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the Manufacturers Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects and/or inaccuracy in the Manufacturers GPS Data or Software will be corrected. Furthermore, GPS Golf Australia does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Manufacturers GPS Data or Software or related documentation in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. No oral or written information or advice given by GPS Golf Australia or a GPS Golf Australia authorized representative shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. Should the Manufacturers Software prove defective, you (and not GPS Golf Australia or a GPS Golf Australia authorized representative) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

9) International Shipping duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. if you refuse shipment because of the duties and taxes, you will still be held liable for any costs incurred by GPS Golf Australia. Shipping costs charged by GPS Golf Australia DO NOT INCLUDE duties and taxes. Please check with your local Customs Authorities for a complete schedule of rates applicable to the product(s) purchased from the gpsgolf.com.au website.

10) The Company reserves the right to decline any transaction for any reason it deems necessary. If your credit card or Gift Card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the Company will issue a credit to the same credit card or Gift Card account in the amount of the charged. Individual Bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase on the Web site, you may return it in accordance with the Company's Return Policy.
