RETURN POLICY

New Products purchased on http://www.gpsgolf.com.au/ are eligible for return within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. Returned products must be received in new, unused and resalable condition. GPS Golf Australia reserves the right to refuse receipt of returned product should that product not meet GPS Golf Australia criteria for new, unused or resalable. Used products may not be returned for refund or exchange. Order entry or shipping errors must be identified and claimed within 30 days of receipt of shipment by contacting GPS Golf Australia customer service.

All returns must be accompanied by a clearly identified Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or the package will be refused. Your RMA number can be obtained by contacting GPS Golf Australia customer service. All products must be received in new, resalable condition or shipment will be deemed unacceptable and returned at the customers expense. All return shipping charges will be assumed by the customer.

Customer are advised to choose their product carefully and perform their own due diligence to ensure that the product they are purchasing will meet their requirements. GPS Golf Australia provide links to relevant manufacturers information eg. Course Databases, User Manuals, Software etc so our customers can verify the product will suit their needs. Returns are not accepted due to poor choice when purchasing products.

Limited Warranty

GPS Golf Australia provides a limited warranty policy on its golf products as it relates to manufacturing defects and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase (Manufacturers Warranty Periods vary. Please check with relevant manufacturer for their Warranty Policy prior to purchasing to verify). Any defects with hardware (not including software or GPS data) occurring during this time frame as a result of normal use will be either repaired or replaced at the expense of GPS Golf Australia. The following conditions apply to this warranty:

- The product(s) must have been purchased from the GPS Golf website (http://www.gpsgolf.com.au)

- The consumer must present proof of purchase from online transaction.

- The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse warranty claim based on evidence of abuse, mistreatment, defacing, or misuse upon receipt of returned product.

- This warranty applies only to the original customer of GPS Golf Australia product(s).

- The replacement product will be under the same warranty as the original product, assuming its purchase date for future warranty purposes.

- GPS Golf Australia management reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty policy.

- Warranty ONLY applies to Hardware. Software and GPS data are non refundable and non-returnable. Errors or Inaccuracies with manufacturers software or GPS data is beyond the control of GPS Golf Australia and is the property of the respective manufacturer. GPS Golf Australia will support and assist in all Hardware related claims ONLY. Please refer to (Point 8) of our Terms and Conditions

Items cannot be returned without a SALES RECEIPT.

To return an item that was purchased on-line, customer must send an email to returns@gpsgolf.com.au to request an RA (return authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted with out a RA number.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive an RA number. Print this RA number boldly on the box of the item to be returned and mail the item, accompanied by the original packaging and materials, to the following address: (Return Address will be provided once we confirm your nearest return centre)

On-line Store Returns

Contact returns@gpsgolf.com.au with your request. We will review your request and issue return instructions.

- Shipping charges for returns are the customers responsibility. GPS Golf Australia is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

- Refunds will be given for unused items that are post marked within 30 days of purchase date with original sales receipt.

- All returns will be inspected prior to refunds or credits being issued.

- The following items cannot be returned: special orders, used equipment, custom equipment, gift cards, personalized products, books and videos, software.

- What constitutes a "used" product: products that have been used and incomplete when returned are considered "used". Items returned MUST be complete as when they were received (including Software, CD's, User Manuals etc) Defective items are subject to manufacturers warranties and repair / replacement policies under warranty.

- Accuracy of GPS data is NOT the responsibility of GPS Golf Australia. It is the customers responsibility to check the availability of the data from the relevant manufacturer for the device they are purchasing. Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted due to poor choice and GPS data integrity and/or accuracy. Please refer all GPS data related enquiries to Manufacturer (iGolf. Sonocaddie, Callaway, Sureshot) for further assistance as GPS Golf Australia has no control over manufacturers data.

- All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee (minimum $30 charge).

- Refund will be issued on the product price (and applicable sales tax) only. Original shipping is not refundable.

 

SHIPPING

- International Shipping duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. if you refuse shipment because of the duties and taxes, you will still be held liable for any costs incurred by GPS Golf Australia. Shipping costs charged by GPS Golf Australia DO NOT INCLUDE duties and taxes. Please check with your local Customs Authorities for a complete schedule of rates applicable to the product(s) purchased from GPS Golf Australia.

- Please *NOTE: Orders which require additional Credit Card Authorisation may impact on shipping times and may experience delays.

- Should GPS Golf Australia require additional credit card authorisation information, you will be contacted by one of our representatives.

- Items which are not in stock and are shipped from the Manufacturer, please allow an additional 3-7 days for processing before shipment.

DISCLAIMER

The Company reserves the right to decline any transaction for any reason it deems necessary. If your credit card or Gift Card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the Company will issue a credit to the same credit card or Gift Card account in the amount of the charged. Individual Bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase on the Web site, you may return it in accordance with the Companys Return Policy.
