The service has been A1, Mike answered a number of my queries via email on Wednesday night, I finally decided to purchase from GPS Golf because of this service and as they are the Australian Bushnell partners and the Australian warranty is a real one not a fake.

Thursday evening I filled out the form to be registered at igolf and within an hour I had been registered by GPS Golf, I was able to download courses and be prepared for the Neo's arrival, well it arrived in the post Friday morning Fantastic ready now for the weekend.

One tip, I live on 5 acres so I mapped a course on my 5 acres just 2 holes but I now have a distance to the pin's on both of these from where ever I practice from :). Yes I do actually have pins and holes they are old and no longer in use at my golf club :).

I've now had my Bushnell Neo for 6 months now and found the service great but more importantly the Neo works fantastically on course. Not only is it accurate with the measurements but using it makes me think more about the shot I'm about to play and my handicap has dropped 2 shots. Would recommend the Neo to players of all levels. Have now used the neo 10 or so times it has given me a new outlook to the way i play my local course and others. I find one of the best features is the battery life. I get four rounds without the need to recharge, excellent.
Since i got the Neo One other has puchased and another now wants one. The simple operation is a great plus. (Posted on 12/08/10)

Thanks to Mike & Nick, very prompt service, answered questions promptly & very clear email instructions to install. Had query re: installing with Windows 7 & had it running within hours. Showed genuine interest in fixing query with no palming off of problem. Followed up by asking if they could be of any further help. Service like that is very rare. I have not had the chance to go use the device yet but I had to add this review just for the service I have recieved so far. If the device works half as good as the service , I will be well ahead. Never had better or faster service in my life. Honestly. And with that I have to believe the Neo will be fantastic as I dont believe you can give that kind of service if you dont believe in the product. Thanks especially to MIKe who was the main man who looked after me and my needs. It is so easy to download courses and I cant wait to get out there. I have to say that the service from you guys is the best I've seen. Questions answered within an hour via email and phone support when needed both before and after sale.

I was blown away when I received my order within 24hours. Used it for the first time this yesterday and it worked a treat. Thanks again for your help Mike.

Purchased the Neo and received within two working days product was as described and i can only say the customer service before and since receiving the Neo has been outstanding. Had a couple of questions which were answered by email within a few hours, i purchased the Neo thinking i could add one custom point per hole and to my delight it is actually four. Hi Mike, Xmas has come and gone and I now have my new GPS from the BOSS. Remember I told you I would let you know how it has gone, well good news. I only play once a month and I shot 83 using it and still 3 putted about 4 greens, does it have a function that will putt for me. It is great, I even can go to the park at the back of my house and hit golf balls and measure my distance as a golf course is within 1000 meters of me. It makes golf more fun just measuring your distance. I've taken it to the nearby golf course and practiced mapping holes after hours when its quiet and also found plenty of Titleist pro v1 balls while walking the fairways Classy golf course classy balls $7.00 a ball its already paid for itself. taa, I have rolled the dice, ordering on your web site, i appreciate your prompt response, my pro stocks sureshot and cried when I told him that you have a better product and then I told him why.

after extensive research on the net and talking to gps owners this is what i know.

- neo is
- smaller
- does the job
- no ongoing fee if you wish after 12 months, sureshot wants money each year or you lose access to satellites
- 100 course stored on your pc
- etc
- etc
Played with a sure shot in our group, too many functions and went flat after 3 hole, neo will last at least 4 rounds.

Can't wait to get it and will let you know how I go, will also let the 1000 odd members at my club know, I am soon to become your best advertisment.
