Purchased the Neo and received within two working days product was as described and i can only say the customer service before and since receiving the Neo has been outstanding. Had a couple of questions which were answered by email within a few hours, i purchased the Neo thinking i could add one custom point per hole and to my delight it is actually four. Used it last Saturday for first time and was delighted with the Neo. Keep up the good work gents would highly recommend this product to anyone. Cheers Mark
